Let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace – Hebrews 4:16
We unite to pray for our esteemed brother Norman Surrell following his stroke. Norman’s presence and grateful worship on a Sunday morning is a great encouragement and example. We pray for Clive and Rachel, Nathan and Naomi especially just now.
We give thanks to God for the good news that Rafeek has secured ongoing placement in the East Midlands; and with Mariam and the family can continue to share and grow in the assembly.
Continue to pray for Olive Gaunt as she spends time in the Pilgrims Home adjusting to a new phase of needed care. And other older believers for their encouragement.
Pray for our students: Bupe has settled well in Bristol, Rachel for next steps, Myles who is currently not enjoying good health, Nidhi settling in Nottingham and among the believers in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, David whose Grandad has been called home, Harry Brear (Peterborough) who is having to rethink his options.
Remember our families involved in Sunday School and Student Cafe for their encouragement as they give of their family time. Pray that each student who come to Cafe will seek God’s wonderful salvation.
Remember the growth of believers through the teaching of God’s word, especially this month the variety of teaching planned for York Street; pray that our Saturday Ministry on 22nd November will be blessed to many.
Rejoice that we are part of a world wide gospel endeavour as we pray together for the countries of Ethopia (Robert Revie), Uganda and Pakistan (Stephen Baker) and Ukraine (Timothy and Rhoda Sloane).
